Apply 1/8-1/4 teaspoon morning and night to soft areas of the skin, such as the neck, chest, inner arms, inner thighs, wrists, or breasts. If still menstruating, discontinue use during menstruation. Continue use again 5-7 days after the last day of menstruation.
